Provided daily operations management and guidance to Quality, Health Safety and Environment, Engineering, Production Support, and Facilities operations. Supported five lines of business requiring collaboration with sales, marketing, sourcing, agency, customer service, and engineering for new product introductions. Worked with teams and in one-on-one relationships to achieve the best outcome for problem resolution or improvement. Provided coaching and training on a on-going basis. Responsible for maintaining the improving the Honeywell Operating System.

Responsible for the site implementation and upkeep of the Honeywell Operating System. The factory transformation took place over a four year period touching all aspects of the integrated supply chain. Truly one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
