As someone who has worked in education technology for more than a decade, I have always placed a high value on relationship management skills. While these skills can be difficult to measure, my past supervisors have consistently praised my ability to support and promote team morale. Additionally, my colleagues have acknowledged the positive impact that I have had on our partner and client relationships. To me, it is essential that I am seen as a trusted advisor and advocate. In the past, I have received two compliments that resonated with me. One person told me that they appreciate that I am always myself, while another praised my emotional intelligence.
