Trained over 200 customer service representatives. Led the successful implementation of a credit protection product that generated 145,000 new products and $3M in revenue and created enterprise wide cross sell opportunities.

Reduced operating expenses 35% by implementing an automated workflow system that monitored the progress of 78,000 new bank account applications per year. Managed business closure and migration of the New York, St. Louis and Chicago Fulfillment Operation Units to the San Antonio office and developed processes and procedures for Direct Banking Operations Department to implement a seamless transition of business functions and services.Managed a cross-functional team of 50 back office operations employees to ensure legal and regulatory compliance with processing new account documentation per FDIC guidelines.
