Senior Director, Global Marketing Operations & Analytics
CurrentCore Responsibilities: Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Business Development, Lead Lifecycle, Data Governance, Analytics, Marketing Automation, Technology Stack, Enablement, AI Implementation, Creative Services, Budget ManagementOPERATIONS AND DEMAND GENERATION:• Directs the Marketing Operations group of 13 team members in driving data stewardship, technology optimization, KPI achievement and collaboration within Marketing and across the greater business• Defines and implements processes critical to the conceptualization and execution of marketing and sales pipeline generation efforts, including campaign development, data flows, sales and marketing KPIs, lead scoring & routing, and campaign attribution• Manages the creation and optimization of new reporting standards, execution manuals, and consolidated dashboards to improve the achievement and visibility of Marketing KPIs and pipeline contribution• Directs the Business Development team in their lead handling processes and sales alignment, leading to improved target achievement and process accountability. Led the effort to outsource the BDR team, reducing spend by 60%, and increasing revenue impact.• Leads the Digital Marketing team to establish and grow global lead generation and activation strategies, including the development and use of ABM, omni-channel approaches, and nurture methodologies that improve target attainment in alignment with Sales’ priorities• Leads the integration of AI tools within the content ideation and development workstreams, reducing throughput time by 60%ANALYTICS:• Leads the Marketing Analytics group in developing and building reporting standards for the greater business• Defines, develops and implements new data structures relative to the lead waterfall and pipeline contribution, improving the efficiency and capabilities of Riverbed’s analytics teams• Establishes Marketing’s KPIs, setting and overseeing both annual metrics and accountability measures
