I manage a team of 5 designers on the creative team, overseeing the design work for our main web properties (B2B, B2C, and Company sites), and maintaining our design system. I'm also responsible for managing the design of all creative assets including digital ads, branding, educational content, social media and other marketing collateral. Collaborating with the Creative Director, I redesigned the Mindbody Brand Guidelines in 2020.

As a Senior Visual Designer, I built an atomic design system for the Mindbody website that took our page delivery time down from weeks to days—making use of reusable components and vastly reducing our QA time. I designed the Pricing page, the primary "Get Started" form, Enterprise Management page, global footer, and more.

In addition to overseeing the work of the creative team, I was responsible for the conception and execution of compelling designs across web, digital, and print marketing for the Ernie Ball and Ernie Ball Music Man brands for over 25 product campaigns. I brought new ideas to life from mockups all the way to final artwork and front-end code. I also managed product packaging, digital advertising, design for print media, art directed product photoshoots, and managed our DAM system.

My duties included visual design and front end/UI development (HTML/CSS, PHP, and Javascript) for both ErnieBall.com and Music-Man.com, including the homepages, navigation, product collection pages, and product detail pages. I created wireframes, visual designs, and interaction designs for the new sites, and wrote most of the front-end code. I also managed the production of product images across the entire product catalog.

Potential Apparel is comprised of a team of Simon Fraser University students who are entrepreneurs, programmers and designers. My role within the company includes designing user experiences within our website and online store, product photography, and designing graphics for social media.We’ve created a new way for people to give to charitable organizations that empower the next generation. We're partnered with international charities such as HEROS Hockey and Right To Play. Every item sold triggers a donation of five to nine dollars directly to our partners.The Potential Apparel roster is comprised of more than 30 professional athletes who wear and advocate for Potential through social media like facebook and twitter, and by making charitable donations for auctions.
