My whole career has been focused on identifying and delivering transformative change to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses, across technology, operations and the broader client/partner ecosystem. From my origins in designing and developing bespoke technology solutions, I have had the immense pleasure to work across all aspects of the business ecosystem, including:• Pioneering new innovation with Software Vendors, Start-ups and Fintech Vendor entities "Vendor side" , developing and implementing next-generation technology and platforms; • Leading from the "Business side" within large banks and financial institutions, overseeing the implementation of new core technology platforms, work practices, digitisation and the implementing new, efficient methodologies ;• Designing and implementing new efficiency-driven operating models;• Driving complex M&A transactions, and; • Consulting to the industry as a Partner in Deloitte, specialising in business and technology transformation and complex program design and execution.I have had the benefit and pleasure of helping a diverse set of businesses, ranging from large global public institutions with geographically diverse delivery teams, small private technology start-ups, Federal Government departments and government-owned utility and health entities.
