In 2017 I took on a new dual opportunity to move back into the local Pacific Zone Commercial Operations. I led the people priorities for a rapidly evolving and strategic important growth engine of the Business - Field Services (across 3 commercial businesses) and as part of my development I also led the Pacific Zone Talent priorities across the entire portfolio of the Pacific OperationsKey Responsibilities;Field Services;• Leading the People priorities across the Field Services Sales, Execution and Support Functions teams (200 employees and AU $100M) to drive aggressive growth strategies as part of 5 year strategic plan to double the size of the business.• Strategic Workforce Planning – In partnership with the Field Services VP; Identifying and investing in key “entrepreneurial” roles and capability to drive growth in growing segments including; Cloud and Service Providers, Digital, Infrastructure, Education, Health and Mining, Oil and Gas. Talent:• Leading our Talent Priorities and Organizational Development Programs and Initiatives across the entire Pacific Zone operations (with a focus on Early Careers, Female leadership and Sales, frontline/mid and senior leadership development, building digital capability).• Leading Talent Review campaigns and Succession Planning processes designed to accelerate our high potential employees into key business and senior leadership roles.
