Mark is a Partner with the law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory in Atlanta and is Co-Chair of the firm's Alternative and Renewable Energy Team. He is also in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group with an emphasis on Housing Finance and Community Development. Mark's practice includes the representation of clients developing multi-family housing complexes, mixed-use and urban redevelopment projects, renewable and alternative energy facilities and other transactions involving public/private partnerships or financed with low income housing tax credits, energy tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and other types of conventional or subsidized financing. Mark also has substantial experience in the development and leasing of office buildings and shopping centers and has represented European institutional clients in connection with investments in office, retail and resort properties throughout the United States and Australia. Mark is on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Solar Energy Association. He is a Co-Chair of the Cross Border Real Estate Committee of the ABA's Section of International Law and is a former Co-Chair of the Section's International Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
