SummaryOver the years, I have learned to provide for the needs of my clients by leveraging my experience and the resources of the companies I represent. One of the greatest challenges was learning to balance the desires of my clients and their actual needs. This is especially true in the more technical, detailed arenas of vendor acquisition and product timeline delivery. Customer support is always fraught with communication issues; however I have found that these issues are relatively easy to resolve once my client understands I am working with them to resolve their concerns instead of "dealing" with them. Some of the best "tools" I have discovered are encased with a team approach to service and provision. Many of "my" better ideas and discoveries have come from team members. The effort of team members working together always exceeds the simple sum of individuals.
