    ♣ Led Tabcorp’s acquisition and integration of OneTab, a mobile bar tab application. I identified the business opportunity and made the first contact with the founders. The strong relationship that I forged with them was integral to their retention for a further 12 months. I led the structuring of the offer, shaped the paper for board approval, assisted the successful negotiation then led the business and technical integration, project-managed the market relaunch and handed over to new hires for continued operations.♣ Enhanced the Salesforce platform to support the full sales lifecycle of the OneTab solution. This facilitated the rapid sell-in to hundreds of venues to exceed launch targets.♣ Authored a strategy paper for the digital transformation of the large TAB retail network that realigned troubled work streams and proposed a ‘fail fast’ innovation framework. This paper became a founding pillar of a broader “Future Retail” program of work that I helped conceive to lower the cost to serve customers while increasing visitation, participation and spend. ♣ Discovered and built sound relationships with market-leading partners (eg Google and Telstra) to develop breakthrough technology for location-attestation and device management in retail.♣ Conceived and led the “Future Retail” digital stream from inception through to deployment of innovative market-leading digital touch-points for 3,000+ locations, displacing aging legacy technology and providing the foundation for superior omni-channel customer experiences in retail for years to come.♣ Wrote persuasive business cases that were approved for over $15M investment.Connected otherwise disparate divisions of the business to cooperate on innovation and go to market operations. This included leveraging skills in regional offices with Sydney or Melbourne-led initiatives.

We enjoyed a swift yet robust IT implementation, leveraging local and global outsource providers such as Wipro, TCS, Tata Indicom, FinEng & Talisma.After 8 months of rigorous agile development, reporting to regional & global heads, glitzy product launches, hands-on user training and sales roadshows, I recruited my successor to move the business from start-up phase to consolidation.
