I am an Experience Design leader that has focused on advocating user-centered design and development methodologies for almost 20 years.Since teaching myself HTML and creating my first website in 1997, my career has progressed through various roles, always providing new insights for crafting ideal user experiences. A background in front-end development, information architecture, and interaction design has given me a unique perspective and ability to engage with end users, executives, and stakeholders in both business and technical capacities.Joining Pega as a User Experience Architect in 2011, I have helped grow our Experience Design consulting organization and continue to champion empathetic, universal design best practices with clients, partners, and Pega’s own initiatives.In my current role as Director, I oversee an incredibly talented team of Experience Designers and UI Solutions Developers within North America. Serving as a mentor and subject matter expert in Experience Design, accessibility, and Pega UI implementation, I strive to ensure stellar quality and evolving, repeatable excellence in project delivery.
