Founded and served as president and chief operating officer of software development firm that produced the first PC-based distributed database product for the real estate market that integrated with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) computer systems. Conceptualized the idea for the product and then sought and acquired investment capital. Directed strategic development, personnel, and software design. Supervised the firm's marketing program, documentation design, product implementation, and user support program. Principally responsible for negotiating the sale of the firm's assets to a leading national MLS information services provider.
