As Media and Communications Officer, I support Cycling Scotland - the national cycling charity - through digital and traditional media channels, to tell the stories behind our work with others to create an environment, where anyone, anywhere in Scotland can cycle easily and safely.My activities include:• Media communications• Campaigns• Digital content creation

In my role at Spreng Thomson I crafted engaging and informed multimedia communications to help our private, public and third sector clients reach their audiences across a range of platforms.My support for clients included: developing and successfully rolling out tailored social media content strategies; press releases and media communications; digital content production; stakeholder research; facilitating public events; and delivering social media training.My work supported clients businesses and organisations from across the private, public and charitable sectors, including:• Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP• Broomhall House• EDF Renewables• Forth Ports• Loch Duart Salmon• Glasgow School of Art Choir

Working closely with the product development team, my responsibilities included producing our regular stakeholder newsletter, contributing digital content for our website and blog, and developing our messaging framework for communication with product users.
