Systems Administrator for 650 person call center that supports multiple clients. Responsible for computers, network and telephony equipment, including support, maintenance, and inventory. Currently working with Windows XP/Vista/7, Server 2003/2008, ISA Server 2006, SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, WSUS, Symantec AV, Symantec End Point Protection, Ghost, VMWare, Avaya, and Change Management.Systems Administrator for "Work @Home" Call centers.Provide back up support for Data Center servers.Act as back up Systems Administrator for 5 additional sites. Assist with training and mentoring newly hired site IT support staff (Systems Administrators and End User Support Specialists)

I provided technical support for a 100-150 person call center and several satellite locations.This position required me to support computers, printers, mobile phone devices, user accounts, telecommunications needs, PBX phone systems, CSR quality assurance and reporting.I worked closely with the management team to develop call center policies. I was also one of several Project Managers over a restructuring to Call Center operations.
