UKAR is the holding company for the mortgage service businesses of Bradford & Bingley (B&B) and Northern Rock Asset Management (NRAM).Mark is currently responsible for the communications delivery of the UKAR IT change programme, colleague engagement framework, HR function, Senior Leadership communications and internal brand development.

Head of operational communications for 10,000 field colleagues, 3,500 office based. This included production of audio programmes, creation of a Field Radio service, major event planning, face to face Team talks, also high quality video production. Supported by a team of 6 internal communications professionals.
