As a senior executive and general counsel, I managed the legal affairs of Ross Stores, a Fortune 500 public company with over 50,000 employees, including its litigation and compliance involving employment, regulatory, commercial and intellectual property matters, and also served as an advisor to board of directors and managed all public company functions.

As Dreyer's general counsel, I managed all of its legal affairs, litigation and public company responsibilities. I also oversaw Dreyer's 2003 merger with Nestle, S.A. -- creating the largest U.S. producer and distributor of ice cream products -- and negotiated multiple acquisitions of intellectual property assets, product, distribution and brand companies.
