4 Month Contract supporting an ISP to secure their cloud environment.

Assess current threat landscape and platform security posture to develop and implement robust cloud security strategies and practices safeguarding client cloud-based assets and services. Perform Prisma Cloud Compute console and defender upgrades. Create continuity documentation for new hires. Create and standardize daily health checks on client environments. Improve team’s value and increase customer satisfaction by working closely with clients and vendors to obtain feedback and solve technical and security issues. Train and review new product offerings and present findings to team. Investigate potential automation processes. Lead stakeholder meetings to review and resolve security andcompliance issues. Continuously monitor clients’ environments and investigate container runtime events. Verify clients are following the necessary security frameworks and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, GDPR, etc.)Key Accomplishments:▪ As one of three original members on the Native Application Protection Platform Specialist team, developed comprehensive client engagement plans to manage and support +10 new accounts and +2K nodes. Created documentation and became proficient in using new applications.▪ Effectively supported an internationally based client using the AquaSec Cloud Security platform by proactively gaining technical product expertise and successfully negotiating language barriers to drive customer satisfaction.▪ Supported two pharmaceutical Fortune 50 companies and multiple international clients, providing highest levels of customer support.

Developed and maintained a comprehensive cloud security strategy in alignment with organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Designed, implemented, and reviewed cloud security architecture, ensuring that security controls were integrated into cloud infrastructure. Determined baseline of clients’ environment to help minimize false positive security events. Pushed product releases of antivirus software into the customers’ infrastructure and ensured proper setup. Promoted cloud security awareness and training programs for staff to ensure adherence to security best practices and to remediate issues and security gaps. Facilitated auditing process by maintaining accurate documentation of cloud security configurations, policies, and incident response procedures.Key Accomplishments:▪ Instrumental in aiding a large client to successfully create a spin-off company by working closely withstakeholders to determine endpoint separations and establish policies for the new company. Verified work, contacted managers, and removed users as required.
