Partnering the CHRO and Executive team we developed a three year HR strategy that delivered consistent growth in revenue, profit and engagement. In addition I supported the capability build of the APAC HR teams to adopt the strategic HR planning process which had been a key enabler of growth. Central to success across the APAC markets was the implementation of a robust workforce planning methodology, to anticipate talent gaps and ensure plans were in place to meet business needs.

I also led the development of the APAC employer brand strategy which was critical to positioning Unilever as an employer of choice in competitive talent and high growth business markets.
