With thirty years of progressive and broad human resource management experience, I am running my own business called ForwardFocus. I have three practice areas. RESIDENTIAL CONCIERGE: I assist and support professionals with demanding jobs and little time or desire to find the skilled talent needed to get things done in their personal life. I work to understand my client’s needs and preferences and set out to find the solutions that satisfy them. I apply my lengthy experience in talent management to investigate options/solutions, locate skilled talent, screen them, and communicate options including costs and tradeoffs to my client. This includes meeting service providers at your home during the workday. Once a solution has been selected, I execute – meeting and supervising the talent and making decisions in my client’s behalf as authorized. My joy comes from being able to “Mark It Done”. I undertake any project where reliable and trustworthy assistance is needed. Leaving things better, securing trust and then earning it over and over is my passion.LATE CAREER TRANSITION COACH: Are you are at a point in your life when you see opportunity to and are ready to effect change in your life? A trained and experienced coach, I will work with you to bring that future into and develop an action plan to guide your future path.HR CONSULTANT: I use a highly validated personality assessment tool called Managing Performance in Organizations (MPO) to unlock the DNA of the highly complex people on their team so they can derive the best from them in pursuit of business aspirations.
