A career in real estate starts with relationships and sustaining that career comes from knowledge and experience. I’ve been a licensed agent for 15 years and enjoy the unique challenges in each transaction. My tenure, number of transactions and continuing education has allowed me to be honored to earn my Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS is the highest designation available to a Realtor and earned by less than 2% of all agents. My specialty is serving the real estate needs of the senior community. I obtained my Senior Real Estate Specialist and my Certified Residential Probate Specialist designations to best serve my senior clients, guardians and estate cases with the highest level of expertise. Additionally, I believe in giving back. I am past Chairman of an International Disaster Relief agency, ShelterBox, Past President and Past District Disaster Chair in Rotary and honored to receive District Rotarian of the year 2022-2023. I also serve on the Ambassador Board for Lutheran Services of Florida serving Senior Advocacy, Refugees, and at-Risk Youth.Senior relocation is unique because it often involves downsizing, finding the right property, dispersing possessions, addressing deferred maintenance, finding a mover, and listing and marketing the home. They involve distressed properties and usually a lot of personal property to be dealt with. The goal: gain the most amount of money for the ward who likely needs the funds to afford the necessary care required for the rest of their life. It takes experience to navigate this market and a misstep not only negatively affects the ward but puts their guardian at risk of litigation or loss of license. I have handled almost 100 guardianship cases and successfully maximize assets for the ward.
