Global digital industrial leader and supplier to the rail, mining, marine, stationary power and drilling industries.Senior Program Manager – Digital Solutions, Customer Performance Analytics -Building out of GE Transportation’s data factory for use in creating predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions. Project managed team of 10 in a $3.4M project to create a data factory infrastructure, capable of consolidating 85+ disparate, uniquely structured sources of data from 15 + systems covering all aspects of Railroad Operations and Planning. Produced standardized, high-quality datasets for analytics discovery and dashboard creation.-Managed project delivery for both Shortline and Class 1 Railways. Coordinated across departments and teams (domestic and offshore). Lead project meetings with clients to manage project updates, conflict resolution, escalations, risk mitigation, support inquires, and feature requests.-Helped secure a five-year contract renewal worth $6M by drafting and executing an action plan to turnaround a contract which was nearing completion with more than half deliverables outstanding. -Revenue protection on a $3.44M Annual on the ExpressYard Product. Salvaged the Rule 83 project, facing high staff turnover and out of compliance with Railroad Industry Requirements. Worked with leadership to secure a 9-month deadline extension from the American Railway Board (ARB) and implemented aggressive plans, bringing the entire ExpressYard program back into compliance and retaining all customers.

Smart meter and smart grid solutions to improve energy efficiency.Product Manager – Home Area Network Led teams to ensure Home Area Network (HAN) functionality of 20+ million smart electric meters across North America, which allow consumers to manage and automate electricity usage through web-based portals. - Maintained a 5-year product roadmap, implementing new feature requirements and feature use cases. - Led interoperability testing program to certify 40+ in-home devices from 18 vendors on 5 types of power meters, for use with the Smart Electrical Power Meter Home Area Network product line. -Created detailed test cases to ensure quality control through product testing. -Drafted product documentation including user guides, release notes.-Participated in industry’s standards working group, ZigBee Smart Energy.
