As such, I directed everything from the day-to-day operational needs of the environment, to long-term projects such as new hardware upgrades and installations.Beyond operational support, I leverage technical evaluations and reporting to support all aspects of the customer's lifecycle. Capacity management, problem identification and resolution, plotting long-term roadmaps, developing workload and operational needs around business-sensitive activities, and participating as an trusted technical voice at our customers' table - all of these activities and more naturally follow from my place in the ecosystem. ∙
