- Providing a complete planning, organization and management service for private and business events- Creating and conducting direct marketing campaigns- Conceptualizing events, coordination, response control and monitoring- Choosing location, organizing all technical issues, providing necessary equipment, providing catering, running the main and animation programs- Coordination of other events, e.g. simultaneous interpreting, music program etc.

- Coordination of import, wholesale and distribution of spare parts, especially Lucas braking systems- Planning of marketing activities, product positioning on the point of sale, development and coordination of POS materials production- Monitoring the implementation of sales plan. Creating special customer sale activities- Development of sale and product distribution. Negotiating with existing dealers and recruitment of new ones- Organization of presentations, fair exhibitions etc.- Market research and examining competitors’ activities on the point of sale- Reporting on realized activities

- Buying the rights to, import and distribution of foreign technical literature- Coordination and cooperation with foreign publishers- Organizing promotion events- Executing sales plans, i.e. the entire marketing plan
