Value-based Contracting: As the US Access Innovation Lead, I developed compelling value endpoints for Pfizer’s first US VBC platform. Developed the approach in collaboration with several customers, aligned an internal support team to execute the vision, liaised with external partners to create a replicable model (for different customer types) and negotiated the first commercial VBC for the US market. That VBC generated over 30% lower medical costs (note: internally we also developed a methodology to have 90% confidence in our offer) IDN (Integrated delivery Networks) Marketing & Sales: Developed IDN engagement and solutions platforms for various chronic diseases and institutionalizing the approach for cross-portfolio adoption. Led the creation of insight-driven value propositions, EMR solutions, HCP communication and education, and training of key account managers. Also presented platforms to over 50+ customers, captured and operationalized feedback. Engagements resulted in dozens of collaborations. Marketing Strategy: Created launch strategies (managed care, HCP) for a branded abuse-deterrent opioid in a generic market; our integrated strategy led to double-digit volume growth in a market declining by double digits. Also used Blue Ocean approach to develop ‘first and only’ marketing claims for an OAB medicine; beat forecast by 10%.
