REGIONAL SALES DIRECTORMaintain strong relationships with the existing client base, develop existing charter, jet card, partnership, and aircraft management client accounts while prospecting new clients. Provide clients with accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and follow-up. Identify sales trends and then develop, promote, and implement sales and marketing plans in the sales region working under budget while maximizing sales results. Responsible for advertisements in newspapers, business directories, trade journals, and other sources; plus, coordinate and assist with company and industry events in the territory.Most significant accomplishments:- Signed up seven (7) new aircraft under Jet Aviation’s management program within six (6) months- Increased sales revenue by 256% over a 12-month period- Negotiated contracts with several Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals capturing $4.6M in potential revenueCLIENT ACCOUNT DIRECTORWorked with Fortune 500 and high net worth individuals to assess their travel needs, identify key challenges, and define proper staffing and budgets to support their flight operations. Oversee the department’s operations, including compliance with FAA regulations, maintenance, safety, and scheduling. Maintain staffing levels and manage salary administration for all department employees. Assist client with the purchase or sale of their aircraft. Most significant accomplishments:- Responsible for $190M in assets with a combined annual budget of $20M- Supervise the safety, training, and day-to-day operations of 30+ people- Managed and created two (2) new flight departments requiring new pilots, a new mechanic, facilities, and utilities at a remote location within four (4) weeks after the client signed the contract
