Manages ordering of all packaging and kegging components for over 100 SKU’s of finished goods across three brand names.Schedules all raw materials (malt, hops, spices, flavorings, chemicals), both bulk and specialty, for over 60 liquid streams.Creates and distributes schedules for local inbound and outbound materials, as well as schedules for two off-site warehouses.Manages transfers of materials moving to and from six company managed warehouses across the country.Ensures PO’s are generated properly in SAP, materials are received on time for production, receipts are done in SAP, and components are issued out after production.Creates and maintains Bills of Materials for hundreds of in-process and finished items, both liquid and packaged goods.Lead person responsible for all new product introductions and graphics changes. First point of contact to accommodate any scheduling changes in a fast paced, fast changing production environment. Manages daily relationships with dozens of local, national, and international vendors. Works closely with QA department to ensure all inbound materials meet quality expectations. Generates billbacks as needed when materials are substandard.Inventory Maintenance / ComplianceDaily point of contact for hourly operators and managers regarding issues with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems. Trouble shoots and solves issues related to production putaway, production retrieval, and shipment of outbound product.Conducts monthly physical counts of hundreds of inventoried items. Posts and reconciles these counts. Works with accounting department and vendors to sort out any discrepancies.Leads monthly counts of finished goods in the warehouse. Generates paperwork that is filed for federal government review.Organizes annual year-end comprehensive physical inventory.Generates and distributes weekly Tank Inventory of all liquid in process at the brewery.
