This included introduction to lean, waste elimination, standardization and Scandu. Introduction to Lean class was a four hour class and was rolled out to all IFO employees (2000) in one quarter. Following the success of the project in Ireland, it was rolled out on a global scale.• Full execution and coordination with leadership support of the Employee Chalk Talk Series which was developed to give employees, with a specific emphasis on newer employees, the opportunity to learn about other business areas, attendance was voluntary. The series was duplicated by our Israel counterparts following its success. Series ran for five years in Ireland, with 5500 people attending.• Created a new certification level, L4MT, this level enabled highly skilled expert technicians to present and manage task forces.
