- Led the early-stage grants program, securing over $2M in funding from organizations like Protocol Labs, The Web3 Foundation, the Algorand Foundation, the XRPL Foundation, and the Zcash Foundation- Started the Cloud Ops department, deploying Web3 technologies via Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform, resulting in robust deployments despite the specific challenges of blockchain and blockchain-adjacent technologies.- Ideated and led the Ziggurat team which is a network-layer testing process and framework- Played a key role in the engineer recruiting processes, resulting in the successful hiring of over 20 top-tier engineers for Equilibrium and its sister company Eiger- Contributed JavaScript, and Rust code to internal and client projects, as well as writing to the company blog- Provided light-touch project management, overseeing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.

- Contributing to Haja’s flagship product, OrbitDB, and its underlying Node.js subpackages Impacts included 10x performance increase with no breaking changes and increased interoperability with other tools such as Redis, Mongo, and LevelDB- Ground-floor development of both the JavaScript and Rust implementation of the Ambients protocol - like AWS Lambda and Azure Cloud Functions but for distributed, decentralized peer-to-peer networks- Upgraded to parallel CI/CD workflows with CircleCI to dramatically reduce build times- Lead author on the OrbitDB Field Manual- Recognized Contributor on go-ipfs and js-ipfs- Remained the OrbitDB lead maintainer until early 2021.

- Developed advanced functionality within HydroShare, built with Django and the iRODS distributed file system- Hired a QA engineer and a DevOps engineer which greatly increased team capacity- Led the CUAHSI engineering team in a management process transition which led to better reporting up, tightened delivery schedules, and better team cohesion. - Designed and Implemented a new release management plan that shortened releases to from 2 months to 2 weeks

- Prototyped advanced mapping applications using OpenLayers and D3.js- Worked in a team of 12 people on a deployed production system used by over 3000 soldiers- Prepared monthly progress reports for stakeholders at the Department of Defense
