Server Datacenter Supervisor
Current- Works closely with the Infrastructure Manager to plan long-term strategy and goals.- Monitors, curates, and dispatches tickets in the Server/Data Center queue to ensure accuracy and actionability before assigning them to team members.- Mentors the server/data center team members reporting to me.- Plans day-to-day activities and projects to ensure scope and objects meet Infrastructure goals.- High-tier escalation point for server and data center issues, tickets, and projects as needed.
