I am working for Werner Enterprises in their Summer 2022 Logistics Program, specifically within their Intermodal division. On a day-to-day basis, my team is responsible for executing the truck and rail lane selection, and proper equipment utilization of all Intermodal shipments while successfully fulfilling customer expectations. These value-added services are executed through asset-owned equipment or third-party carriers, which requires separate planning for the sake of pricing and effective execution. Our constant use of KPIs and scorecards allow us to soar beyond our expectations within the industry and allow us to maximize the overall value of all stakeholders.

I was previously employed at United Warehouse, where I was a Floor Manager and Reverse Logistics coordinator. I supervised and worked alongside a team of 12-floor employees by monitoring performance and ensuring contract completion. I also managed returns of an NYC clothing contract utilizing WMS software, increasing the average pallet shipment by 200%, and assuring a smooth outbound process to its next fulfillment center. I operated with industrial equipment (pallet jack, forklift, pistol grip tape, etc.) with a 4 man team to break down, assemble, and loading/unloading trucks containers at a dock.
