About Mark Steele
Large organizations teach you how to lead people responsibly, think strategically, understand consumers and build loyalty. Small companies teach you how to roll up your sleeves and get to work regardless of the task. Taken together, both types of organizations teach and train you how to maximize success, both in business and in life.I've had a career of great experiences in large Fortune 50 companies and small organizations leading business portfolios that included the most popular and profitable consumer brands in their respective categories and smaller yet distinguished brands. I've worked in and for smaller companies and discovered that once they realize their potential they can significantly increase their value to their customers, shareholders, board, and their employees.I've helped steer technology, science, and research to develop new products that consumers not only buy, but they love and want to share with their friends and family. My roles have changed throughout my career, and yet the work I do has remained much the same. Lead well throughout good and lean times, build and empower the right team around me, push the status quo, and pursue operational, financial, marketing and cultural excellence in order to significantly build value.

Principal
As the Founder, my goal in launching Pharma Technologies Group was to bring together the Business Development and Licensing functions as an outsourced service for OTC, Personal Care, and Pharma clients. We created numerous licensing arrangements with Fortune 100 companies and smaller companies across the U.S., Europe and South America. As a result, our clients increased revenue, strengthened market share and furthered their development and licensing agreements. NeoStrata was one of our clients, and as I worked with them, I began to see their potential beyond their licensing opportunities. This observation and the developing relationship transitioned into my joining NeoStrata in 2006.
