After a life time of experience in Customer Service I have found myself a new home in the Information technology field. I have been drawn to management on multiple occasions because of my innate ability to handle stressful situations, draw people together and focus them on a like cause. I have always been able draw a team together and together we accomplish incredible things and yet feeling humbled enough to tell them all how none of it would be possible without them. To gain respect of your colleagues by leading by example, being honest in everything you do, and giving it 100% is a prize in itself. Whether the job is food service or maintenance, customer service or technical support, I have always found that any job worth doing is worth doing correctly and to the best of my ability. I have an incredible work ethic that reflects on everything I do. I understand the differences in doing what's right and "giving away the house". I always look for opportunites to save money when possible and understand that sometimes it takes money to get things accomplished. With the ability to speak at all levels, whether training executives or front line employees, I have been able to make most any task understandable and 'do-able" by all.
