Charity Recruitment Lead
Current- Based in Leeds, I manage a busy team of In-House Recruiters responsible for the recruitment of all areas of the charity across all UK centres.My primary areas of responsibility are:
- Managing the full end to end process for the attraction of talent into the charity using diversity and inclusion best practice to include CV sifting, telephone and face to face interviews, offer and contracts
- Designing and writing job adverts to attract the best talent and represent StepChange as an employer of choice
- Promoting StepChange as an employer of choice through development of our Employer Brand and integration of D&I and employment law best practice
- Creating a culture across the team of new and innovative ways to save costs and improve efficiencies such as cost to hire and time to hire
- Manage all aspects of team management โ motivating, sickness, absence, personal development, objective setting, performance managing and quality checking.
