As a Branch Manager, I lead a team of 6-8 employees, overseeing their performance and development. My responsibilities include hiring and coaching (new) employees to ensure team effectiveness. Additionally, I am responsible for formulating and executing the annual strategy plan to drive business growth. I strategically map out regional target markets to identify opportunities for expansion. Managing both cost and revenue, I am accountable for the branch budget. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, particularly regarding temporary employment and Recruitment & Selection processes, is integral to my role. I also handle local finance matters and represent the company at networking events to foster valuable connections and opportunities.Next to this, I am also taking part in the Management Team (MT), where we collaboratively develop and discuss the overall go-to strategy for the entire company.
