• Providing network infrastructure engineering, support, and technical escalation for multiple products across theenterprise.• Provide enterprise IP address management allocations and reclamation for data center, cloud subnets and remoteoffice locations.• Palo Alto firewall support and infrastructure deployment of on-prem and cloud based firewalls creating anddeploying templates, security zones, and management controls in Panorama system.• Fundamental understanding of DevOps and CI/CD tools using development pipelines.• Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools such as Jira and Kanban.• Author support playbook content such as knowledge base articles and support documents for other teams toleverage during customer support.• Create and manage IaC artifacts such as pages, directories and repositories using VSCode and GitHub.• SD-WAN management and configuration.• Supporting the Meraki switches and wireless access points for user connectivity.• Utilize SolarWinds for configuration drift management of network infrastructure devices ensuring all componentsmeet policy requirements and latest updated configurations.• F5 load balancer deployment and configuration management for both internal and external load LTM appliances.• Manage core network engineering of Spine/Leaf architectures, implementations and support using Cisco ACI andNexus Dashboard Orchestrator.• Digital certificate management using Venafi to maintain up to date certificates across the footprint of on-prem andcloud based network infrastructure.• Responsible for driving new architectures and technologies across the enterprise.• Escalate to vendors on technical issues, possible bugs and feature enhancement requests.• Extensive use of ServiceNow for incident, change, and task management.• Creation of change controls for implementations or modifications to infrastructure devices.
