Responsible for the overall direction and operation of all sports, challenge course, archery and riflery programs at camp. In addition, managed a team of 12 counselors and 6 counselors in training and provided verbal and written coaching on a weekly basis.

Pre screen potential applicants for popular cultural exchange program. Conduct interviews with applicants, compile a report and make recommendations for each applicant. Act as a mentor to applicants throughout the process.
