He holds a Bachelor of Economics and became a fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants Australia in October 2004. Since 2014, Mark has also been recognised as an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System.With experience that has spanned over 30 years, Mark is sought out for expert advice on corporate and commercial law, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, business transactional work, commercial agreements, including reviewing and drafting contracts for the supply of goods and services, licence agreements, distribution agreements and terms and conditions of trade.Mark also advises on consumer and competition law, alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, corporate structures, franchising agreements, employment and consultancy contracts.His practice extends to all aspects of property law and property transactions, including revenue law, the purchase, sale and leasing of property and property development.Mark is proud to have been the honorary lawyer for the Ted Whitten Foundation, since its inception 20 years ago, which has raised millions of dollars for research into prostate cancer and has been highly successful in raising public awareness of this illness.
