He has broad director experience and skills with extensive competencies in managing, guiding and influencing complex Board and CEO relationships and managing difficult joint ventures. Prior to being a non-executive director Mark had a successful senior executive career with P&L accountability for established businesses (revenue $800m) and start-up businesses gaining both Australian and international experience. He has deep operational experience in complex and high risk operating environments in the manufacturing, industrial, resources, commodities and metals sectors.
