OVERNIGHT EMAIL:• Established and maintained 95 plus Sender Score, for outgoing mail server that sent daily emails to 2,500 real estate agents and offices, and their 65,000 plus clients. • Developed and managed email bouce-back de-activization process to insure continued success of overnight emails. Resolved customer-specific issues by co-operatively troubleshooting deliverability problems.• Resolved domain-specific problems by creating feedback loops with domains like aol.com, comcast.net, and yahoo.com. • Worked through industry-specific, deliverability problems during infancy of spam-protection software, when false-positive rates were high. This process occasionally required finding “back doors” to IT managers through other departments such as Investor Relations in order to get our sending domain whitelisted.FILEMAKER / SQL CUSTOMER DATABASE:• Developed FileMaker-based CRM database of Agents and Offices. This database was used to manage customer sales and support, generate 300+ invoices per month, manage DNS, manage IIS IP mapping and website records, generate Cash Flow reports, sales commission reports, and help manage email account creation and maintenance.
