Specialized In testing, trouble shooting and repair of Nortel’s state of the art Passport 6400/7400 multiservice edge switch series. Played an integral role as a team member and as engineering support in the introduction of new product, test procedures and scripts; trained employees on test procedures as well as introduced new product test procedures. Gained working knowledge of Control & Functional Processors as well as standard N. American / European protocols including 100/10 base T, DSIC, E1C, V.11, V.35, traffic transport and Frame/Cell relay
