Responsibilities:• Monitoring and Administration of Saas (Azure and Office 365) and Sharepoint• Support end-user computing via MDM and RMM tools, including updates to Applications andOperating Systems• Administer Security platforms such as firewalls, endpoint protection and awareness training• Administration of Line of Business Applications, including Servers running IIS and Microsoft SQL• Assist first line of support for the escalated issue• Administer and Manage Mimecast application• Manage virtual machine• Manage Veeam Backup application• Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems,• Manage and administer networks, printers and scanners• Coordinate with the external vendor• Testing new technology• Review and evaluate existing IT and IT security measures and make recommendations
