I have worked in the retirement industry for 25+ years, my most recent role is partnering internally and working with advisors to maintain client relationships and working externally with Plan Sponsors, Recordkeepers and assist with plan questions. Prior to this role, I worked in client retention, educating participants (in English and Spanish), managed educators, and helping clients navigate on the best way to educate their employees and what will work best for them. Building client relationships and partnering internally is a strength, as well as strategic thinking and looking at things from a different perspective. I enjoy looking at analysis reports and numbers that can be used to help resolve current issues and/or projects. I’m a fast learner, enjoy complex projects and can think outside of the box.
