Projects included working with the architects IBI Group on an interior retrofit of the Rogers Communications executive suites over consecutive weekends to renovate and add an additional office and replace all interior finishes without disrupting the day-to-day senior level operations. This project was successfully completed on time and on budget as was a renovation and relocation of the executive area of the Publishing department that included relocating seven senior executives and their support staff.

On contract with the interior design and project management team during construction through to project completion of the CI Financial 250,000 sq. ft., 9-floor, commercial interior, including a penthouse staff lounge and an outdoor green rooftop terrace.

Design Project Management on the RBC / Dexia Centre, Toronto. I assisted the team in making the transition to this 720,000 sq. ft. new facility, from implementation through to close out, with a special focus on change management.

As Sr. Project Manager for CBRE on the AMEX Canada account, my primary responsibilities covered code reviews through to design development on a 340,000 sq. ft. restack of an existing facility in Markham. The project budget was $27 million. This included working with HOK Architects to implement BlueWork design principals into the new footprint. Over the 3 years that I was dedicated to the account I also coordinated with Hanson Jung Architects to renovate the onsite bank branch, relocate the 16,000 sq. ft. Print and Billing operation to an off-site facility and renovate and expand the capacity of all washrooms. I also managed the renovation of the Montreal call centre. I received a Pinnacle of Excellance award in recognition of my efforts in creating a $4.6 million annual cost saving due to a code assessment.

Reporting to the Managing Partners (Toronto, Ontario), a key member of the team on numerous corporate interiors, sports and recreational facilities capital projects of varying team sizes. Provided a wide scope of services, including concept development, space planning, specifications for furniture and interior finishes, project management and contract administration.Projects included:Madison Square Gardens, Training Facility, Westchester, NY New training facility for the Rangers, Knicks and Liberty Sports teams. I was involved with concept development, interior finishes specifications, furniture and furnishings procurement, site reviews and reporting.National Bank Financial, TorontoThis 50,000 sq. ft. project included the design and implementation of a trading floor, executive offices, boardrooms and meeting areas. John Labatt Centre, LondonThis was one of many sports facilities where I was responsible for developing interior concepts and finishes. This is a 214,123 sq. ft. stadium. Other notable sports facilities include the 9,000-seat Richoh Coliseum in Toronto and the Peterborough Memorial Centre.Mt Sinai Hospital Education Centre, TorontoI was responsible for the extensive renovation of the existing boardroom and executive areas to create a state-of-the-art telecommunications centre. This included project management, concept development, interior finish selection, construction drawing review and contract administration.Mayadrom Club, IstanbulThis luxury facility and spa included Turkish baths, steam rooms, saunas, swimming pools and racket courts. The colour palette, interior finishes and architectural detailing were inspired by Mayan culture.Cott Corporation, TorontoFor the relocation of the corporate head office I was responsible for concept development, furniture layouts, room finish schedules and furniture procurement. The project comprised of a number of executive offices, meeting and boardroom facilities and a test kitchen.
