My primary job is setting up and run jobs on a Haas VFOE CNC Mill. Most jobs have between 4 and 8 tool changes. The jobs I handle are most often are aircraft parts in a variety of plastics. The parts have a tolerance between 0.03 and 0.001. Often I run a Haas VF3 with a palette changer, a Hass lathe and a Hitachi Seiki Lathe.Occasionally I work with the developers on new parts, perfecting the processes.I have taken part in several Kaizen events at Pexco.

Supervised three employees, purchased materials, supervised and took part in vinyl production, engraving and ADA signs. Worked with customers to create custom designs.
