Senior Trainer / head of training department• Conducting various technical courses for worldwide customers, partners and internal employees. The job requires 2-3 weekly frontal courses per month all over the world. The courses are focused on eFLOW (TiS’ Software) and are very interactive and methodical making use of graphics (powerpoint), handouts with a strong focus on exercises (hands on)• Responsible for all the training material (powerpoints, exercices) which require continuous updates while the software evolves• Responsible for pricing matrix according to course subject and duration• After-training supportoTroubleshootingo Investigating which customers require continued basic or advanced training• Implementation support• QA Support• Pre Sales Assistant

• Responsible for specific Bayer invoice software (yoUR-DOCeS / COI)• Trained hundreds of users at most European Bayer subsidiaries (England, Holland, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy)• Responsible for Key Performance Indicators Database• Involved in “Lanxess/NewCo” and OCR Project (regarding yoURDOCeS) for Business Integration department• Financial accounting, while implementing SAP and COI (scanning)

• Migration from Nordhorn, Germany to Barcelona, Spain• Reconciliation, payment, general queries• Issues related to chargebacks & Merchant ID Verification
