With over 20 years of cross-functional experience, having worked my way up from helping customers in Technical/Customer Service, to delivering results in Sales, to most recently performing analytics and process improvement in supporting Sales Ops, Channel (Logistics) Ops, and Managed Care groups, I bring a unique front-line perspective to my work that goes beyond metrics. My "can-do" work ethic can be summed up in two parts: strategically, I aim to "work smart," incorporating thorough planning with a big picture orientation; tactically, I do whatever it takes to commit to flawless execution with a fine attention to detail. From data stewardship and governance of CRM systems, to bridging diverse Point-of-Sale data sources to determine ROIs, there is no task too complex that I can't master - or find a way to improve upon or complete more efficiently.My extensive inter-departmental experience and collaborations with all functional groups, from Marketing and Logistics to Finance and Regulatory, along with an exposure throughout my working career to large corporate structures and policies have shown me the necessity of process excellence - but also the need to break down departmental silos where they hinder progress. Leadership by example, team-building through personal bonds, and clear two-way communications are key skills I have developed as a necessity to fostering a healthy work environment both on the job and outside.None of the above is worth mentioning, however, without the proper attitude: to be bold, to be confident, to speak your mind, and to take calculated risks, where the gains outweigh the cost of failure. And most importantly, to not be afraid of making mistakes, to accept responsibility for them, and to learn from them - to constantly self-actualize and improve in everything you strive for.These are characteristics, values, and personal philosophies that define me and my personal credo: to succeed and over-deliver.
