Oversee Long Term Equity Plan, 401k and NQDC plan. Work directly with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Payroll, outside vendors and team members on a regular basis. Oversee day to day administration and ongoing communication.

•Responsible for administration of long term equity plan, 401k, and Non Qualified Deferred Comp. Manage cash dividend payouts quarterly, as well as equity vestings and communication. Work closely with internal departments such as Payroll, Finance and Legal, as well as external vendors. Process quarterly distributions from Non Qualified plan and work closely with vendor for NQDC open enrollment and communication. •Research complex compensation issues and prepare recommendations related to compensation analysis, planning and strategy.•Provide strong support in the design, implementation, administration, and documentation of all compensation programs – base, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.•Coordinate the participation in general industry and industry specific compensation surveys; interpret data, make recommendations and proposals, and determine the organizations competitive position.•Lead the compiling, analyzing and interpreting of job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Perform exempt and non-exempt analysis.•Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Consult with and advise managers in identifying and resolving workplace issues. Conducts objective and thorough investigations into workplace allegations and ensures timely resolution of workplace issues. Partner cross functionally to consult on safety and security issues including workers’ compensation, OSHA, temporary restricted duty, and incident reporting and investigations.Direct the implementation and training of HR programs, standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws as well as ethical business practices.
