Marretta is a senior executive with more than 20 years of combined experience in non-profit and for-profits management, administration, education, and public relations. She is a writer, educator and lifelong learner. A graduate of the University of Florida (BA in History), University of North Florida (BBA in Economics and MS in Management), and Vanderbilt University (EdD in Organizational Leadership), Marretta believes that high quality, relevant training is the "secret sauce" for organizational success.Marretta has served as a corporate trainer, project manager, public school teacher, operations manager, university registrar, a grant manager and curriculum specialist.Her specific areas of expertise include training and content development, marketing and communications, grant writing, public policy analysis/writing and community organizing as well as business development, organizational and project management skills.
