Design Lead - Cromwell Group LTD – February to May 2016 Served as design lead for warehouse management system implementation in Leicester, UK after Cromwell was acquired by W.W. Grainger. Responsibilities included functional design, requirement gathering, understanding client expectations and needs relative to our software’s capabilities, preparation of solution design documentation and presentation of design to Cromwell, transfer of project to lead consultant for project support and implementation.Design Lead, Lead Consultant – Federal-Mogul Corporation – July 2015 to February 2016Served as design lead and lead consultant for Federal-Mogul implementation of Swisslog AutoStore in conjunction with warehouse management system in York, PA. Responsibilities included custom functional design based on customer requirements, understanding client expectations and needs relative to our software’s capabilities, preparation of solution and customization design documentation and presentation of design to Federal-Mogul, issue resolution during testing and implementation phases, and communicating project progress both internally and externally. Design was entirely custom as communication with Swisslog is not supported in base product. Led system configuration, testing, and implementation efforts through go-live in early February 2016. Go-live was successful with minimal issue resolution required. Support Consultant – Federal-Mogul Corporation – August 2014 to July 2015Served as support consultant for Federal-Mogul implementation of warehouse management system for facilities in CA, PA, and TN. Responsibilities included issue resolution, managing client expectations, customization design, and communicating project progress both internally and externally. Supported Federal-Mogul independent of other consultant support within 6 months of being hired. Federal-Mogul requested specifically that I be design lead for Swisslog AutoStore implementation in York, PA.
