I am currently a product designer at SiteMinder where I lead the UX design and research of the metasearch services for the largest hotel SaaS platform. During this time I helped drove a +57% in active customers which resulted in an increase of more than 100k worth of bookings.Previously I was a Senior UX Designer at a Swiss FinTech company where I crafted digital experiences for both enterprise and consumer applications used by multinational banks.With a passion for human-centered design and a background in Computer Science, I have worn a lot of hats in the software development process. Aside from UX design work, my experiences in business analysis, quality assurance, and teaching computer science in the university have helped me establish a unique set of skills in working well with developers and managing stakeholders.
